What is NOPE! CP Cockroach Killer?
NOPE! CP is a ready-to-use trigger spray containing 0.1% w/w cypermethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid. It’s registered for domestic use in Great Britain under HSE number 10815-GB. Once dry, it leaves a residual layer that keeps killing cockroaches that walk across it.
It’s odourless and non-staining, which makes it practical in kitchens and bathrooms, the rooms where cockroaches are most often found.
How to use it properly
- Find the hotspots. Look under the sink, behind the fridge and cooker, around the boiler, and in cupboard hinges and cracks near warmth and water.
- Treat cracks and hiding places, not open surfaces. Cockroaches spend most of their time out of sight.
- Fix leaks and clear food. Cockroaches need water more than anything.
- Monitor with sticky traps to see whether numbers are falling.
- Keep going for several weeks, because eggs hatch in waves.
- Keep the spray away from gel bait, so roaches still feed on the bait.
